Function/Purpose:

Identify long term issues raised by the Falls residents providing guidelines, finance options, and timetables.  Assess village building/space and location requirements once incorporated.  Identify capital improvement ideas and community youth programs.  Establish long range goals for the charter and the Village of The Falls.  Identify proposed county construction plans and its potential impact in our area.  Attend county commission hearings and meetings to identify issues affecting our village, before and after incorporation.
