Function/Purpose:

Identify the county roads that are eligible to be turned over to the village. Create an estimate for the maintenance costs of the roads for the budget committee. Identify other public areas and facilities, beautification projects, storm water management, and capital improvement projects that may impact the proposed budget. Determine how the public grounds will be maintained, including parks and buildings.  assess the roads and sidewalks for repair costs and mowing.  Survey the canals and comply with State and Federal environmental law.
